Needs more girls.

Loved the animation, loved the content. If it had more girls, I'd rate this 11/10.
A lot of the newer animations seek to imitate this humour and fail miserably. It is probably best for other animator/storywriters to just focus on telling something rather than trying to make people laugh.

That, or perhaps my humour is now dated and this clip is 'old humour'?
If so, then I prefer to stick to the old humour rather than the cheesy, try-hard animations I see nowadays.

Thanks for making me laugh JohnnyUtah.

JohnnyUtah responds:

thanks for the review chief, i promise to stick to my dry, old humor :)

Doc, I got this problem...

I love OrangeClock and I loved this little clip.

The sound clip was a bit on the poor side but still funny nonetheless.

The animation was on the simple side (which was expected) but it missed some 'oompf' to it. It followed the dialogue but didn't maximize the potential of the clip.

It still served it's purpose.

Good work. :)

BellClock responds:

Thank you.
I'm aware of the soundquality, I couldnt find the original clip (and believe me, I tried) so I had to take it crappily from the movie I refer to. And the animation? Yea.. I know. I'm lazy. But for some reason I'm feeling like doing a whole new Tribute to Orange. I believe you inspired me.. You'll see (maybe)
Thanks for watching.

A new bigbadron....

Well what can I say? It was beautiful.

How beautiful was it? If beautiful was the sun and ugly was David Hassledork's groin I would say the praying mantis feeds in the evening sun by the light of the dolphin's shiny tail reflecting in the water by pizza in the land of Ronald McDonald.

But seriously, excellent choice in music. Anyone with music choice this good should bear my children. Or I should bear his children.

bigbadron responds:

you'll never see me do or say anything bad ever again. unless it's about blacks or jews...

i don't like them.

Dancing Robots and Polka Goodness.

The worst part of this entry was when it ended.

I laughed, I cried... and I was spellbound by the dancing robots.

It was a lovely short with lovely graphics put together with lovely music.

lol robots can pee.

FIFEN.

You've come a long way _altr_! Keep up the good work!

altr responds:

I was inspiored by none other then the queen herself, Tony Blair.
Thanks, <3 ...

Simple and funny.

This is a prime example of how a short can have simple graphics but still be entertaining.

Perhaps not the most innovative of shorts but it was still a pleasure to watch.
I liked it when one of the characters just grabbed a new ice cream cone out of his thought bubble.

ryguypie responds:

Thanx!

Cute.

I don't recognize the new generations of clocks but this was still mildly entertaining.

FIFEN.

RenegadeClock responds:

From front to back:
Cine, BlueCherry, Inzane, Golden, Nef, School, and Elements. Thank you!

It almost put tear to my eye.

You gave this entry a 5, raising its score to 1.69!
You're the saviour! You are one of a number of people who have helped keep this entry in the Portal!

I can't believe this was rated so low...
I gave this entry a 5 because it was touching.

The choice of music was great and the narrative flowed very well. I'd cry if the nerves to my tear ducts weren't damaged.

robototron responds:

very interesting to see how people are either giving it their full votes or are bashing this.

thanks to you and everyone else who have worked to keep this up on NG. i sure do appreciate it.

Simply artistic.

Nice use of music with the images.

A simple animation that was pleasurable to watch.

Kind of like an appetizer.

Nice work.

magicsalt responds:

I'm happy you enjoyed it. I hope my next ones will be of the full-course kind. Thanks much!

Tribute.

It leaves me asking: Where's the beef?

RaNcIdPsYcHoJoSh responds:

That is just one of the many mysteries of the universe, my friend. From the creators of such questions as:
What's the meaning of life, the universe, and everything?
Is there an afterlife?
Is there a god?
What's yellow and dangerous?
How come people think digital watches are cool?
Will there be an Earthworm Jim 4?

...

Dammit, I wish someone would just own up and answer the damn things already.

My bag is bulletproof you know...

.. but I'll overlook the historical inaccuracies because I really enjoyed this movie.

Totally awesome Avocado.

Please make more movies.

FIFEN

AvocadoClock responds:

"You gotta do the safe picture, then you do the art picture... Yeah, and sometimes you do Reindeer Games."

Haha, sorry about the shooting, Shrapnel. Your role in my upcoming movies will probably not be as violent. =P
